Christine leads clinical strategy across Sparx Compliance's Medicare Secondary Payer compliance products, spanning Medicare Set-Asides, conditional payment resolution, and settlement support, as well as our medical cost estimating products.

With nearly three decades in healthcare, insurance, and Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, she has built and led MSP operations across the industry, from founding Ez-MSA to directing regulatory compliance at Clara Analytics.

Christine is a Fellow-level Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional (CMSP-F) and a Certified Medical Cost Projection professional (MCP-C). She serves as an Instructor for the CMSP Certification and both created and teaches Allocator Boot Camp, an intensive workshop for nurse Medicare Set-Aside allocators.

She is recognized for translating complex MSP regulatory requirements into practical, technology-enabled workflows that advance compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. A dedicated educator, she is committed to demystifying MSP for clients and colleagues alike, believing that a better-informed industry produces better outcomes for everyone.

Jen Jordan is a nationally recognized legal authority in Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance, having advised the legal and insurance industries for well over 20 years on issues involving Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements, Conditional Payment Reimbursements, and Section 111 Mandatory Insurer Reporting. Known for her in-depth analysis and out-of-the-box thinking, Jen uses her first-hand historical knowledge of how and when CMS developed its MSP policies to identify future risks and government limitations so that successful settlement strategies can be achieved. Her deep understanding of the Medicare Act has led to the successful resolution of thousands of cases nationwide dating back to 2003.

Before Sparx Compliance, Jen co-founded MEDVAL, LLC in 2003 and served as its Chief Legal Officer until the business was sold in 2016. Since that time, she has continued to serve the industry as an MSP expert, testifying in federal and state-level matters, many of which were attempted class actions brought primarily in recovery of Medicare Advantage related payments.

Additionally, Jen has served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Complete Guide to Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance, published annually by LexisNexis since 2009, necessitating a constant monitoring of caselaw throughout the country, legislative changes that crossover MSP issues, and CMS and other government entity policy and regulatory activities with MSP implications.
